THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR 100% NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.). The offeror represents as part of its offer that it [ ] does [ ] does not meet the definition of Indian economic enterprise as defined in 14.80.201. Requirements: San Ildefonso Day School (Please see Attachments) Remove old existing rooftop HVAC units on building #701 and replace with two (2) new 5 ton rooftop HVAC units, the HVAC units shall be gas and electric operated. All connections from the HVAC units shall be made to the existing ductwork. The contractor shall furnish hail guards, economizer, duct transitions and connections. The contractor shall maintain the connections to the smoke alarm system. The contractor shall test the new HVAC units to be 100% operational. The contractor shall provide training to designated staff on new operational changes.
