Original Set Aside:

The Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies (except government-furnished), services, permits, and license necessary to perform janitorial services for the Republic Ranger Station of the Colville National Forest. This is a Firm Fixed-priced contract for one year with 4 Optional Years. Optional Years might be exercise once we see how well the initial performance meets the Forest Service’s needs. No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. Project quoters are advised to visit the project site prior to submitting a quote or use the description in the Solicitation. Work for Base Year 2022 shall start 01/01/2022 until 12/31/2022. Optional Years will start on the following years if exercise. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business.
