All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 19 July 2022 by 1400 hours EDT. All bids submitted after 1400 hours EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Work under this requirement consists of the provision of all labour, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and fuel, for Snow and Ice Control (SNIC) Operations, to support winter road and sidewalk maintenance, throughout Garrison (Grn) Petawawa, including the North and South Town sites. The inventory includes approximately 60 kms of roadway and 35 kms of sidewalks. The active SNIC operations season is from 15 October to 15 April each year. Canada intends to award one contract. There is a mandatory bidders’ site visit associated with this requirement where personnel security screening is required prior to gaining access to CLASSIFIED information, assets or sites.
