All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 12 September 2022 at 10:00EST. All bids submitted after 10:00EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a two (2) year Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO), with two (2) one-year option periods, for the supply, delivery and offloading of various Portable Field Lavatory products on an “as and when requested” basis to various DND locations throughout the Western Region. During Major Exercises and/or Domestic Operations, Contractor must be able to deliver large quantities of product within tight timelines with minimal backorders. This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) may result in the issuance of one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO).
