However, it is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). PROJECT DESCRIPTION The requirement is: a) To carry out the fabrication and installation of new gear wheels and worm gears on the port and starboard turning gears of the CCGS DesGroseilliers In accordance with the associated Technical Specifications detailed under Annex A - DesGroseilliers Turning Gear Replacement and all related drawings. The installation work is scheduled to be performed during the Spring 2022 layout, at the Quebec city Canadian Coast Guard base located at 100 Champlain boulevard. b) To carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in paragraph a) above. PROPOSED WORK PERIOD. The work is schedule to begin and end as follows: 1) Two weeks following Contract award : measurements verification on board and preliminary visit of the vessel (Queen’s wharf). 2) Before May 15, 2022: Delivery of all the material. 3) From May 16 to June 15, 2002: Installation on board and trials.
