Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Single Longitudinal Mode Laser-Diode System Department of National Defence, Royal Military College of Canada (RMC), has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a Single Longitudinal Mode Laser-Diode System, having a wavelength of 480 nm and a full rated output power of 2000 mW, with a thermoelectric chiller and water-cooled riser. It is the intention of Canada to award one contract for the requirement. Deliverables: A. All goods must be received on or before March 31st, 2022. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposal process. Bidders should make the request to the Contract Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process.
