RFP Scope: FCC is seeking qualified, progressive, and innovative Human Resources providers to design, develop, implement, and deliver strategies, as well as provide potential resource augmentation, to address a variety of needs. The expertise and services may include, but are not limited to: 1) Performance management; 2) Team effectiveness; 3) Employee insights/listening/pulse surveys; 4) Employee experience; 5) Workforce planning; 6) Culture; 7) Future of work; 8) Enterprise learning; 9) Talent acquisition; 10) Employee onboarding and orientation; 11) Organizational design; 12) Job design; 13) Diversity, equity, and inclusion; and 14) HR analytics. In addition, Proponents are encouraged to describe any other Human Resources expertise or services (beyond those listed above) that they could provide that would maximize benefit and overall value to FCC. FCC’s intention through this RFP is to establish a one-time Pre-Qualified (PQ) List of Proponents who can provide thought leadership and/or resource augmentation in the above noted areas of Human Resources that are relevant to executing FCC's ongoing day-to-day Human Resources activities, as well as in executing its people strategies.
