Part No: 622-9978-314. Three units for Challenger CL-604 spares. This requirement includes an option to acquire the goods and/or services for an additional quantity of one (1) unit of the same part number. Delivery is requested by: end of January 2022, however expedited delivery may be required and requested before then if an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) occurs. Bids can provide for partial quantities. Bidders may submit for Advanced Exchange and/or Repair. The repair facility (if applicable) must be the OEM or an OEM authorized repair facility. A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price on an item by item basis for either Advanced Exchange or an evaluated Repair price that is less than 75% of the lowest evaluated Advanced Exchange price will be recommended for award of a contract. Multiple contracts may result from this solicitation if necessary to acquire all units. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
