Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: MMR/MMRV/Varicella Vaccines E60PH-22MMRV/A Kim-Andre Duplin-Vu(ph870) Telephone No. - (819) 639-5718 Line 1, MMR/MMRV/Varicella Vaccines Description: To contract for the supply of the Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccine, the combined Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (MMRV) vaccine and the Varicella vaccine from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2024 with an option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two additional one year period under the same conditions. Maximum Estimated Quantities by vaccines for the firm years: MMR: 1,203,162 doses MMRV: 1,643,676 doses Varicella: 1,032,905 doses This requirement falls within the Federal/Provincial/Territorial Group Purchasing Program for Drugs and Vaccines. Canada is acting as an agent on behalf of the provincial and territorial jurisdictions. Designated Users will be obligated to purchase a minimum of 75% of the maximum estimated quantities. Any resulting contract will include the option to add new users at a price not to exceed the Contract price and subject to the same conditions of the Contract. Basis of Selection: For each product, a proposed Split-Award approach will be used. The responsive bids with the two lowest evaluated prices will be recommended for award of a contract as follows: 60% of the requirement if the price difference between the two evaluated prices is 20% or less; 65% of the requirement if the price difference between the two evaluated prices is more than 20% but less than or equal to 30%; 70% of the requirement if the price difference between the two evaluated prices is more than 30% but less than or equal to 40%; 75% or 100% of the requirement if the price difference between the two evaluated prices is greater than 40%. Unless 100% of the requirement is awarded to the Bidder with the lowest evaluated price for each product, the Bidder with the second lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award for the balance of the requirement.
