Both sites are located in the Toronto, Ontario area. This Invitation to Tender (ITT) 2021141070/B supersedes the previous (ITT) 2021141070/A dated May 20, 2022 with a closing date of June 7, 2022 at 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached ITT; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by December 1st 2022. There is a security requirement associated with this ITT. There is a Mandatory Site Visit included in Phase Two.
