Description:
NATURE OF WORK In general, work consists of inspection of all mooring systems and piles in both Ganges Inner and Outer Harbours. Typical moored assets include a floating catamaran breakwater and several timber floats. Piles, both float and wharf, will be inspected from high water to the seabed. Mooring repairs may include mooring line replacements, mooring line protection (firehose installation), shackle replacements, anchor relocation and mooring line tensioning. Refer to the reference drawings for the layout of these harbours.
