Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide cleaning and disinfection services to institutions in response to possible contamination from COVID-19. Objectives: To clean and disinfect certain areas of Stony Mountain Institution and Osborne Community Correctional Centre in response to possible contamination from COVID-19. The contractor must provide cleaning and disinfection in accordance with Public Health Agency of Canada and Health Canada and other Canadian health and safety authorities’ standards and recommendations. Deliverables: The Contractor must provide cleaning and disinfecting services, as and when requested, for CSC’s facilities, in accordance with the Public Health Agency of Canada and Health Canada and other Canadian health and safety authorities’ standards and recommendations as applicable, the requirements of the Statement of Work, and the tasks specified in each call-up. The Contractor must be available to provide cleaning and disinfecting services, and provide a telephone number and email address where they can be reached twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. CSC will detail the specific needs of a facility and tasks required in each call-up issued to the Contractor as part of this standing offer. The Contractor must provide cleaning and disinfecting products. Following a service call, and before travelling to the institution to provide services, the Contractor must submit the list of products and equipment it intends to bring and use for cleaning and disinfecting services. The Contractor must provide all accessories and equipment needed to perform the required tasks. These include, but are not limited to, disposable or reusable cloths, mops and mop heads. The Contractor must provide all personal protective equipment (PPE) in sufficient quantities for its employees.
