The Standing Offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years on an, as and when requested during the period of the Standing Offer from April 1,2022 to March 31, 2025. This Request for a Standing Offer includes provisions for security. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be issued a Standing Offer. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
