All other information is within the request for proposal document. Following the contract award to the contractor, the contractor must commit to carry out the work within 13 weeks. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT : February 22, 2022 at 10:00AM at 715 Peel, Montreal Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we ask the proponents to limit the number of representatives to two individuals (2) and to comply with applicable hygiene measures. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than February 21, 2022 at 1:00 PM to confirm attendance and provide the documentation required to attend the visit. Instructions will be emailed to you. Bidders must then, at their discretion, submit their questions to the Contracting Authority by email following the visit as no details can be answered during the site survey. Any clarifications or changes made to the bid solicitation as a result of the site visit will be included in the bid solicitation as an amendment.
