Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Real Property Branch requires a qualified contractor to remediate contaminated soil at the Kagawong Lighthouse on Manitoulin Island in Gore Bay, Ontario. The facility is located at 183 Main Street, Gore Bay. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by September 15th, 2022. This posting is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase solicitation process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
