Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: The Department of National Defence’s (DND) Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) has a requirement for on-line courses and in-Institution labs for delivery and instruction of the Marine Technician Electrical Specialist (MARTECH ELECSPEC) course including pedagogical and logistics support for a period of up to 5 years. The location of the Institution’s labs must be on Vancouver Island or on the lower mainland of British Columbia. The first course (2 serials) must be staggered, fully delivered and completed by DND students no later than December 31, 2022. The subsequent two years of courses must be scheduled to begin mid-January and completed by mid-December. The Contractor must deliver the Marine Technician Electrical Specialist course for two to five serials with approximately 8 to 12 students in each serial, each year for up to five years. Courses must be staggered with a minimum of two serials per academic year. The DND students must be primarily instructed online with specific in-class laboratory exercises. There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
