Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) For One (1) Architect or Interior Design Consultant This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) Number of Contracts: One (1) Proposed period of contract: Contract Award until March 31, 2022 plus one 3-month option period Description of Requirement: Title: Consulting Services for Interior Design Theme and Interior Signage: Guy Favreau Building, Montréal Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) has a requirement for an Architect or Interior Design Consultant to assist in the Guy-Favreau Building fit up project in Montreal, Quebec. Specifically, ESDC requires consulting services for the Interior Design theme including interior signage for a modernized office space for the newly renovated West Tower. Applicable Trade Agreements: Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement (CHFTA), Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA), Security Information There is no security requirement applicable to the RFP or resulting Contract.
