As part of the Shared Services Canada’s (SSC) dedication to maintain strong relationship with Vendors, industry associations and organizations in the information technology (IT) sector. Shared Services Canada is releasing the Request for Proposal (RFP) Draft package for the upcoming WAN P/PE Solution RFP. SSC is not requesting proposals at this time. THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BY SSC ARE DRAFT. 1. Please note this is a draft copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation Package 2. The main objective of the Draft RFP is for the industry members to review and provide feedback to SSC. Industry members can send their feedback to the Contracting Authority via email. All feedback must be received by the closing date of the draft RFP. Contracting Authority: Annie Goulet Email address: Annie.Goulet@ssc-spc.gc.ca Notification Period: November 30, 2021 (3:00 P.M.) EST 3. Shared Services Canada (SSC) may use the information provided by industry members to improve the current requirement and/or to finalize the RFP document. The publication of this draft RFP does not commit SSC to release an official RFP, to award a contract and does not carry any legal or other obligations to SSC to enter into an agreement or accept suggestions from industry members. 4. Shared Services Canada (SSC) reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any comments received. In addition, SSC will not reimburse the costs incurred by industry members to participate in the review of the draft RFP, nor any activity related to the consultation process. 5.The WAN P/PE Solution that Canada chooses to implement as a result of the upcoming Solicitation will serve as the successfully competed standard for subsequent similar SSC and Client WAN P/PE Solution requirements for the life-cycle of the equipment that comprises the WAN P/PE Solution which is anticipated to be for the next 5 to 7 years. 6. Shared Services Canada (SSC) will not be providing any responses to Industry Feedback.
