Summary The Statement of Work is as follows: The Department of National Defence (DND), Naval Fleet School Pacific (NFS(P)) has a requirement for maintenance planning and work for Her Majesties Canadian Sail Training Vessels (HMCSTV) Goldcrest and Tuna. The scope of the work includes the development of an Annual Maintenance Plan and servicing to the sailing and structural systems of the HMCSTV Goldcrest and Tuna to bring both vessels to a ready state. This excludes the marine mechanical systems, and fuel operated appliances. Where possible this process must move these systems towards a common configuration. The vessels are located at Canadian Force Base Esquimalt, Victoria, BC. Work will be done on an "as and when requested" basis as detailed in the Statement of Work attached as Annex A. Work Period Work must commence and be completed as follows: Commence: ASAP; Complete: 31 March 2024. Security Requirement There is no security requirement applicable to this Contract. Sourcing Strategy The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
