MODIFICATION 2 Added drawings and RFQ due date to 4pm MST on 11/18/2021. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ MODIFICATION 1 Added question and answers, updated SOW attachment and RFQ due date to 4pm MST on 11/15/2021. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Fire Panel Install Santa Cruz, CA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238210. The small business size standard is $16.5M. This is a new requirement, no incumbent. The contractor shall remove one (1) existing Simplex 4010 FACP and install one (1) new Simplex 4010ES, furnished by NOAA. Remove all existing notification devices with like for like replacement and installation of notification devices. Install three (3) new power supply panels, furnished by NOAA, to support additional notification devices throughout the building of occupied spaces that are not alarmed. Install and wire - including all device installation, relocation, conduit, wire, back boxes, terminations and wire pulls. The contractor shall furnish and install emergency exits signs as described in the attached Statement of Work. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE NOAA/NMFS The Santa Cruz Laboratory 110 McAllister Way Santa Cruz, CA 95060-5794 Service Contract Labor Standards Act applies for Santa Cruz County, CA. COVID19 Federal COVID19 protocols, all on-site contractor employees will be required to complete the non-Federal Employee and Visitor Certification Form attached and carry a copy with them when reporting to any DOC worksite. Additionally, those who do not certify they are fully vaccinated, or who decline to provide vaccination status, must obtain a negative COVID-19 test in order to access a DOC operating location or facility, per Senior Procurement Executive Message, provided upon request.
